Itinerary


Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu

Arrival at Kathmandu airport, pick up and check into the hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu (Local Sightseeing)
After breakfast, local sightseeing, evening aarti, and darshan at Pashupatinath Temple. Briefing on preparation for the Kailash Yatra. O/N Kathmandu (elevation -1400Mtr)

Day 03: Drive to Syabrubesi
Drive to Dhunche (2000 Mtr, 136 km, 6-7 hrs.) / Syabrubesi (151 Km, 5-6 hrs.).Overnight stay at Lodge.

Day 04: Immigration and drive to Kyirong
Drive to Rasuwa Gadhi (14 km / 40-60 min from Syabrubesi). After completing the immigration & custom formalities on the Nepal-Tibet side at Rasuwa Gadhi, resume the journey to Kyirong Jilong for an overnight stay. 1 hrs. / 24 km/2900 Mtr.

Day 05: Drive to Saga /Zhongba
After breakfast, drive to Saga, -5hrs/Zhongba (7 hrs) en-route passing Ghungtang-La (5236M) and Brahmaputra River (5-7 Hrs/270km/4500 Mtr).

Day 06: Drive to Lake Mansarovar
After breakfast, drive to the Holy Mansarovar Lake. An auspicious day for everyone for the first glimpse of Holy Mansarovar and a view of Mt.Kailash from Horchu. After completing the local immigration, we will resume driving and complete the Mansarovar Lake round (pradakshina). On the way find a good place for spiritual activities and performing pooja, havan worship, meditation, and a holy bath/dip in Lake Mansarovar. Overnight stay at (Chiu Gompa ) lake Mansarovar. (6 hrs/340km/4500 Mtr).

Day 07: Puja,hawan and Drive to Darchen
After morning puja, havan worship, meditation, and holy bath, afternoon drive to Darchen (30km) 4560m.O/N Himalaya’s hotel.

Day 08: Drive to Yamdwar and trek to Diraphuk(19km)
Drive from Kora (circuit) to Yamdwar (7 km) and then trek to Diraphuk (6 hours/12 km/ 4900 Mtr). Overnight stay at Diraphukh.

Day 09: Trek to Zuthulphuk (4790m/22km walk approximately 08 / 10 hours)
Resuming Parikarma early in the morning. A pilgrim#39;s most awaited and also the most important yet difficult part of the journey throughout the trip, the trek goes steep climbing up to Dolma La High pass (5620m) and steep down to the flat valley via Gaurikund. Then a walk for another 2-3 hours to Zuthulphuk. Overnight stay at Zuthulphuk.

Day 10: Trek to the ending point and drive to Zhongba/Saga
Early morning snacks, tea/coffee/cookies. After 2 hrs walk, reaching the end point whereour Bus /jeep will be waiting. Drive to Darchen (parikarma Circuit ends). After a heavy breakfast, drive to Zhongba/Saga (10 km walk/ 452 km/4500 Mtr).

Day 11: Drive back to Kyirong (270 km / 7 hrs/3900 Mtr)
After breakfast, drive back to Kyirong /Nylam.

Day 12: Kyirong/ Nyalam to Kathmandu.
After completing the immigration & custom formalities in Nepal & Tibet sides at Rasuwa Gadhi or Kodari, resume the drive to Kathmandu (8 hrs/165 Km/1300 Mtr).

Day 13: Departure
To the airport/onward your journey back home.

Terms Conditions


  • If suddenly program has changed Due to weather problem, natural disaster, landslide, technical problem and political movement, all additional expenses should be paid  by Client themselves

Note: Foreign Passport Holders need to arrive to Kathmandu 03 Working days before the fixed dates (Day 01 in the itinerary) for the Chinese Visa (Saturday and Sunday is not considered as working days).For Indian Passport, we will need their passport 07 working days before the trip in Delhi office. Please make sure that the Indian Passport Holder’s have Voters Card with them.

Documents Process


  • Necessary to send color Scan copy of Passport for permit processing.
  • We need 6 Month valid ordinary Passport but Diplomat passport is not acceptable. 
  • Should deposit INR Rs. 50,000 or USD $ 600 per person as advance before processing.($300 non-refundable)

(No refundable means if Passanger cancelled tour then this will not return by TTB Authority)
Should send Indian pilgrimage’s original Passport with 4 passport size photographs to our Mumbai office before 5 days from the departure date for China visa stamping.
NRI/Other Citizen’s Passport will collected after arrival in Kathmandu.

Important Notes


China Government Notice!!!- Don’t take any picture, tape record, newspapers, political things or anything related to Dalai Lama , If found in Tibet, on the spot China Army will control and take legal action.  
All pilgrimage can carry dry foods in the journey.
All pilgrimage can buy Chinese SIM card at Kyirong /Taklakot which provides incoming service only (not out going Call service) but internet is available.
Carry regular medicine -Diamox 250 mg. 20 tablets and Personal First Aid Kit.
Money exchange: Indian Rupees are not accepted in Tibet but is acceptable in Nepal. We will exchange the amount to Yuan for you upon your arrival.
